How to get the best results:
*Place the globes in the freezer or refrigerator for at least an hour before use.
*Use the ice globes by applying a rolling motion over forehead, cheeks, and neck for 2 to 6 minutes for each treatment
*For lymphatic drainage, move the ice globes in a downward direction.
*If you want to lift up your skin, discourage the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, we recommend going for the upward direction.
*For stress release, tap the ice globes gently on your eyes for 3-5 seconds in succession for a minute.
